New Hope, New Insight, New Understanding,
A New Dimension
Time for a NEW relationship with your thoughts and feelings?
"I see the purpose of therapy as the process of empowering people to grow and nurture various aspects of their lives. I use an approach that is encouraging, caring and relational. I am dedicated to helping clients discover their 'untapped' potential as human beings through a process of integration of the past into the present, leading to the future." Brian K. Oltman,
Mindfulness Based Therapy
Being mindful is about creating a new awareness of self in relationship to the world around. When this happens you increase your ability to maintain focus and direction. Developing a new relationship with your thoughts and feelings by BEING vs. DOING is what Mindfulness-Based processes are all about. My focus is to assist you in discovering an integrative approach to life, using Mindfulness-Based processes. Together we will unearth long-standing behavioral patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
